New kitchen appliances include: Fisher & Paykel column refrigeration clad in steel panels, 36” dual fuel range, double dishwasher drawers, and Sharp microwave drawer
Other kitchen features include: floating steel shelves, open cabinets for pottery display, island with soapstone and waterfall edges, veneer cherry cabinets, 2 backsplash tiles with recess niches flanking the sink
New primary suite with teak vanity cabinets, concrete look tile, and black fixtures
Laundry features slate hexagon tile, vintage looking wall hung sink, and dark painted cabinetry and walls
