Home addition and renovation for 1940s bungalow located in Historic Kenwood. 800 sf addition included new kitchen, living room, and primary suite. Modern meets colorful vintage.

KEY FEATURES

  • New kitchen appliances include: Fisher & Paykel column refrigeration clad in steel panels, 36” dual fuel range, double dishwasher drawers, and Sharp microwave drawer

  • Other kitchen features include: floating steel shelves, open cabinets for pottery display, island with soapstone and waterfall edges, veneer cherry cabinets, 2 backsplash tiles with recess niches flanking the sink

  • New primary suite with teak vanity cabinets, concrete look tile, and black fixtures

  • Laundry features slate hexagon tile, vintage looking wall hung sink, and dark painted cabinetry and walls
