Colorful waterfront home remodel

This Chef’s kitchen was designed to take advantage of the water views with the goal of entertaining. Elements of old world charm of Italy such as the plaster hood and zellige tiles are mixed with the fresh palette of this coastal home. The variety of unique countertops and the blue Viking range are the stars of this kitchen.

This laundry room features cool coastal colors with a geometric patterned floor balance the bold floral paper. Function was brought in my adding counter space, a hanging area, a key drop, and a bench for shoe storage.

The bathroom was moderized to feature a luxurious curbless walk-in style shower with a heated towel bar an arm’s length away. Unique tile patterns, wallpaper texture, and soothering color palette make this a modern and feminine luxury suite.
